Introduction

A Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a specialized role focused on driving the execution of complex technical programs and projects. TPMs leverage their technical expertise, program leadership, and strategic influence to proactively identify and solve problems, drive alignment across cross-functional teams (XFNs), and increase execution efficiency and communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program definition, including scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs.
  • Strong ability to build roadmap alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies.
  • Expertise in risk mitigation, identifying risks early, and reducing surprises.
  • Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency.
  • Experience in program execution, tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in process improvement to enhance process structures and support project teams.
  • Technical leadership skills to advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures.
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working closely with engineering, product, and legal teams.
  • Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and data governance relevant to eDiscovery and Information Governance teams.
  • Ability to influence team culture for higher product quality.
