  • At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or related fields — ideally supporting data science, data engineering, or analytics teams
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of data, software development, and analytics workflows
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated working practice with AI tools in a PM/TPM context
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

  • Experience with experimentation, measurement, or growth marketing data domains
  • Prior contingent worker engagement at a similar large tech environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Defining and maintaining strong collaborative operating rhythms across FOA DS teams and their cross-functional partners
  • Guiding roadmap planning, including quarterly revisions and re-prioritization
  • Helping break down work into actionable tasks and ensuring sufficiently scoped work is ready for engineers and data scientists
  • Unblocking work and resolving team impediments
  • Operating AI-first: Use AI agents to draft status reports, synthesize stakeholder updates, summarize meetings, and generate first-pass artifacts
  • Automate operating cadences: Build and maintain lightweight AI-driven workflows for recurring rituals

Company Benefits & Culture

  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment
  • Engage in meaningful work that impacts millions of users
