Technical Program Manager III

Location: Menlo Park, California (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $134 - $144 Hourly

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of complex technical programs and projects. This specialized role requires leveraging technical expertise, program leadership, and strategic influence to proactively identify and solve problems, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and increase execution efficiency and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help define the right scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs.
  • Build alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies.
  • Identify risks early and work to reduce surprises.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency.
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Enhance process structures to support project teams.
  • Advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures, and influence team culture for higher product quality.

Role Context

This role is valuable for programs that are highly cross-functional, technically complex, or have many dependencies across teams. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure successful outcomes, particularly in areas like privacy, compliance, and data governance.
