Technical Recruiter
Contract | Hybrid/Remote | DMV Area
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to provide interim recruiting support during a busy hiring season. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly ramp up, and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top technology talent.
This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings within the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and IT positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and anticipated hiring needs
Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Maintain accurate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or consulting environment
Demonstrated success recruiting for technology-focused roles, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or related fields
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of responsiveness

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
