Technical Recruiter

Contract | Hybrid/Remote | DMV Area

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to provide interim recruiting support during a busy hiring season. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly ramp up, and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top technology talent.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings within the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and IT positions

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking

  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and anticipated hiring needs

  • Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to stakeholders

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage

  • Maintain accurate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or consulting environment

  • Demonstrated success recruiting for technology-focused roles, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or related fields

  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of responsiveness

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
