In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify, source, and assess top technical talent across engineering, software, and aerospace disciplines. Your responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, utilizing various sourcing channels, managing full-cycle recruitment, and promoting company culture.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years of technical recruiting experience in aerospace or defense, strong networking skills, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting for electrical engineering roles, such as FPGA, RF, or antenna design, is preferred.
