ROLE IMPACT
Drive full life-cycle recruitment for non-exempt/hourly roles across corporate and business functions. Build strong talent pipelines, deliver an effective candidate experience, and partner with hiring teams to meet current and future staffing needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, assessments, candidate submittals, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate relationship management.
Develop talent pipelines using AI sourcing tools, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide recruiting updates, calibrate hiring needs, and improve recruiting outcomes.
Support employer branding and talent marketing strategies and represent the organization at career fairs and college recruiting events.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and business information and apply relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to conduct talent searches using sourcing platforms, AI tools, Boolean search, market research, networking, and candidate screening techniques.
