IntePros is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our global biopharmaceutical services client. This person will report to the Global Digital & Technology Talent Acquisition Director. This person will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-caliber technical talent to support a growing Global Digital and Technology Solutions organization. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and building strong pipelines of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding processes within Workday.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, job requirements, and desired skill sets in order to develop strong candidate pipelines.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders on recruiting strategies to ensure successful and timely searches.
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and industry research to identify and engage top technical talent.
- Build and maintain external talent networks and relationships with industry professionals and associations.
- Initiate outreach to prospective candidates and manage assigned requisitions efficiently while maintaining high service levels.
- Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess experience, education, technical skills, and compensation expectations while presenting the opportunity and organization effectively.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment policies, hiring practices, and compliance requirements including EEO and compensation guidelines.
- Ensure recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records are maintained in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Develop and post job advertisements across various channels and manage internal job postings.
- Leverage online recruiting tools and platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in technology career fairs and recruiting events as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in technology (IT) recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple concurrent requisitions (30+).
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other networking platforms.
- Experience conducting intake meetings, recruiter screenings, hiring manager calibrations, interview debriefs, and offer negotiations.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday and Phenom preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers, HR, finance, and marketing teams.
- Experience with proactive sourcing methodologies and candidate outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
