Technical Recruiter (DOD) (Remote)

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will manage end-to-end candidate sourcing and screening for client Aeronautics Operations roles, maintaining qualified talent pipelines and candidate queues for hiring managers.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is an Remote role in US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Talent Pool Maintenance

• Execute sourcing activities to keep a robust, diverse pool of applicants for Operations positions.
• Update and refresh talent pools regularly to ensure a ready pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening & Qualification

• Review resumes, assessments, and interview notes for all applicants.
• Apply defined criteria to determine candidate suitability and create shortlists for each role.

Queue Management

• Maintain accurate, up to date candidate queues for each hiring manager.
• Track progress of candidates through the recruitment pipeline and produce regular status reports.
• Identify and flag any delays or gaps in the process for timely resolution.

Tools & Technology

• Utilize Eightfold and SAP to create robust pipelines

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• 3-5 years of DOD recruiting experience
• 3-5 years of ATS candidate tracking system experience
• Previous success in a 100% remote position
• Previous Lockheed martin experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $40/hr - $48/hr
