Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical/IT recruiting
Proven ability to recruit for mid-to-senior level technical roles
Experience supporting large, enterprise-level organizations preferred
Strong understanding of technology roles, tools, and skill sets
Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
QSR Industry Experience
Preferred Experience
Exposure to digital transformation or large-scale IT initiatives
Familiarity with systems such as POS, eCommerce platforms, or customer-facing applications

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of IT roles including:Software Engineering

Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Provide market insights, salary guidance, and hiring trends to stakeholders
Manage the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives
Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress
