experienced Technical Recruiters to join our team at our corporate headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. This position offers a base salary plus commission, performance bonuses and a flexible work environment.
The candidate will have experience in recruiting and proven track record at either an agency or corporate level.
Responsibilities:- Work directly with client hiring needs.
- Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology.
- Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate.
- Strong time management skills a must.
