Title: Recruiter
Location: Independence, Ohio- Onsite 1 day a week (4 days remote)

ConsultNet is partnering with a global leader in digital trust, PKI, certificate lifecycle automation, and machine identity management, to identify an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative across software engineering, cloud, and enterprise technology teams.

This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and managing top-tier technical talent across the U.S., Canada, and EMEA. The recruiter will work closely with the client's hiring leaders and internal talent teams to drive pipeline generation and accelerate hiring outcomes for critical engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience recruiting modern software engineering talent in fast-paced SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering and cloud infrastructure positions
Source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Recruit for roles including:
Software Engineers (.NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular)
Cloud Engineers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
DevOps / SRE Engineers
Platform & Infrastructure Engineers
Security & Cybersecurity Engineers
QA Automation Engineers
Technical Product & Architecture talent
Conduct recruiter screenings and technical qualification discussions
Partner directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and technical requirements
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer processes, and pipeline reporting
Maintain accurate ATS and recruiting workflow documentation
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Support hiring efforts across North America and international regions as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical recruiting experience within software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology
Proven experience recruiting modern software engineering talent in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
Strong understanding of technical skillsets including:
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
DevOps and CI/CD
Software development frameworks and APIs
Infrastructure and platform engineering
Security and cybersecurity concepts
Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search methodologies
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Ability to operate independently while collaborating with distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software environments
Prior experience supporting global or multi-region recruiting initiatives
Experience recruiting across both permanent and contract hiring models
Exposure to engineering organizations operating within Agile or product-centric environments
Work Environment & Engagement Details
Hybrid schedule with approximately 1 onsite day per week in the Independence, Ohio
Initial contract engagement expected to run approximately 2 months with potential extension
Time-and-materials engagement structure
