Description
Kforce has a client in Lakeland, FL that is seeking a Technical Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and support workforce planning
- Administer the Predictive Index (PI) platform, including job profiling, candidate assessments, report generation, and behavioral insights
- Coordinate with recruiters and staffing agencies to ensure an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience
- Manage agency relationships, vendor setup, contract compliance, placement fees, and temporary employee coordination
- Facilitate structured interview processes, scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
- Partner with hiring managers and Finance to support compensation benchmarking and offer development
- Manage employee referral programs and track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline
- Maintain recruiting metrics, headcount reports, and recruitment dashboards while identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years recruiting technical positions including software engineering, IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, product, or data roles
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, iCIMS, Paylocity, or similar)
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
