Technical Recruiter
Overview
We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting initiatives across engineering, technical, and professional skill sets. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is passionate about identifying hard-to-find talent.
This position requires strong sourcing capabilities, urgency, accountability, and the ability to adapt recruiting strategies when candidate flow becomes challenging. This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical, engineering, and professional-level positions
  • Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, ATS databases, and other sourcing methods
  • Develop candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Manager to adjust sourcing strategies and overcome recruiting challenges
  • Recruit within multiple VMS platforms while ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission timelines
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, experience, communication abilities, and overall fit
  • Prepare and submit qualified candidates to clients with accurate and detailed candidate summaries
  • Track candidate activity, interview status, submissions, feedback, and dispositions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, including submittals, interviews, placements, fill ratios, and activity metrics
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs, priorities, and market conditions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates within technical and engineering markets
  • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity
  • Support recruiting process improvements and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience preferred
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency, technical recruiting, or high-volume recruiting environment preferred
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, IT, or professional-level positions
  • Experience working within VMS-driven recruiting environments preferred
  • Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and networking techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
