Technical Recruiter

A large commercial space company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support high-priority hiring efforts across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams. This individual will own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of technical positions. This persona will sit onsite 5 days a week in Long Beach, CA. They will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and build strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills & Experience

o 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
o Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations, OR Design Engineering roles
o Strong partnership experience with hiring managers and business leaders
Able to work onsite 5 days/week in Long Beach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Experience working in the avionic, space, or aerospace industry is preferred
o High-volume recruiting background
