About the role
DensityAI is building the AI accelerator silicon that powers the next generation of compute, from first silicon through scale-out. We're growing fast across hardware, software and infrastructure, and we need a Technical Recruiter who can own that hiring end to end.
You'll be a strategic partner to engineering leaders, not an order-taker. You'll run searches for deeply technical, often hard-to-fill roles — silicon DV, formal verification, RTL/PD, ML compilers — and build the process, pipeline, and employer brand that let us hire exceptional people quickly and raise the bar as we scale.

Compensation
Final offers depend on level, location, and skills relevant to the role. Additional compensation: equity grant per company guidelines; medical / dental / vision; 401(k); standard PTO. Details discussed during the interview.
