Summary: The Technical Recruiter will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, build strong relationships within technical communities, and collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand complex business requirements. Key responsibilities include developing diverse talent pipelines, performing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
