Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Hybrid (3 days) in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Range: $40-50/hr on W2 without benefits

Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a senior recruiter. This role is crucial in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruiting process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
At least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the company’s talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers
Source stellar candidates through search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques
Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)
Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs
