Seeking a Technical Recruiter for a defense-focused company, responsible for full-cycle sourcing, screening, and onboarding of engineering and operations talent.
- Leverage creative sourcing methods to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct technical assessments and ensure candidate alignment with role and culture.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights, and refine recruiting strategies.
- Manage multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive diversity initiatives and optimize recruiting processes through automation and data analysis.
- Role is 100% onsite; experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing preferred.
- Requires 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, technical acumen, and strong communication skills.
- Must meet ITAR requirements and demonstrate high initiative, accountability, and clear communication.
