Successful applicants will recruit technical personnel, with various levels of experience, for both government and commercial placements. The Recruiter will evaluate candidates against position requirements in order to facilitate the hire of the most qualified candidates for our clients' projects. You must have the desire to be succeed and excel in the position. You must be self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & Responsibilities:Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting toolsEvaluate candidates' strengths compared with client's requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidatesNegotiate compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checksProvide accurate documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other toolsRequired Skills:Bachelor's preferred or 2-year degree with relevant work experiencePrevious technical recruiting experience preferredAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in person and using the phonePrior experience recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing preferredExcellent Internet, communication, presentation, and customer service skillsBe familiar with MS Office (Word, Outlook)Experience using online database or applicant tracking systems (ATS) idealAble to think on your feet & a desire to be the bestBenefits:Paid time offPaid HolidaysMedical insurance including prescriptionVision insuranceDental plan401(k)Very lucrative commission plan!And more!The Technical Recruiter will work onsite at our Schaumburg office location once our office returns to in-office work *Collins Consulting, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
