Job Details

We are hiring a Systems focused Technical Recruiter to help scale critical engineering teams that build and deploy high performance AI compute systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys proactive sourcing, and can take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering closely with engineering leaders.

This role will start sourcing focused, with the expectation to take on full cycle responsibilities over time, including owning requisitions end to end.

You will support hiring across Systems disciplines such as:

  • Compute server platform and infrastructure programs
  • Deployment and AI infrastructure operations
  • Network, data center, and security engineering
  • System software, embedded systems, and bring up
  • Hardware-software integration, validation, and diagnostics
  • Manufacturing test and test development

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for Systems talent, including system architects, deployment, infrastructure, test, and validation roles
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to open roles, run intake meetings, and align on hiring priorities
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, market mapping, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates for relevant Systems experience such as integration, bring up, validation, test, reliability, and infrastructure exposure
  • Own the recruiting process end to end, including scheduling interviews, running debriefs, managing feedback, and closing candidates
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers by providing clear communication, candidate insights, and market feedback
  • Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and requisition data in the applicant tracking system
  • Build long term pipelines for hard to fill Systems roles and improve hiring velocity through strong upfront alignment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, with exposure to Systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
  • Experience owning or supporting the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing
  • Proven ability to source and engage niche Systems talent across integration, server platforms, networking, test, and validation
  • Ability to build and manage your own pipeline without relying on inbound candidates
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Experience operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple open roles
