Role: Technical Recruiter
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania
Shift: 1st Shift

Work Schedule:7:30 AM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch) OR 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of technical and professional positions. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting IT, Engineering, Programming, and other technical professionals, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to identify and attract top talent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and interview plans for technical and professional positions.
  • Utilize online recruiting tools, social media platforms, job boards, and internal ATS systems to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and knowledge against position requirements.
  • Provide candidates with accurate and compelling information regarding the company, client, and job opportunities.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all recruiting activities and communications.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer presentation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding support.
  • Participate in the development of creative, cost-effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Technical, Engineering, IT, Programming, and Professional candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruiting policies and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience recruiting for Technical, IT, Engineering, Programming, and Professional positions.
  • Demonstrated success working within VMS environments.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Strong knowledge of internet sourcing, social media recruiting, and online candidate databases.
  • Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions across multiple locations nationwide.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
