  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in performance data and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Track and report commission or revenue-related metrics by referral and lead source.
  • Monitor implementation KPIs, including time-to-launch, milestone adherence, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Benchmark performance against targets and prior periods to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Serve as a reporting point of contact for implementation and account teams.
  • Respond to data and reporting requests within established service-level expectations.
  • Help design and refine reporting frameworks as the business and partner portfolio scales.
  • Support external-facing reporting by ensuring data is accurate, appropriately formatted, and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with business development and account management teams to provide data supporting pipeline and renewal decisions.
  • Participate in recurring team meetings and implementation reviews to stay aligned on business needs and open data questions.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Maintain a centralized reporting catalog documenting active reports, owners, cadences, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate, automate, or standardize reporting.
