    • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, specifications, and supporting materials
    • Coordinate communication regarding product capabilities, quality standards, and customer requirements
    • Work closely with Quality Control personnel to ensure customer specifications and project requirements are accurately documented
    • Enter and maintain data within company systems with a high degree of accuracy
    • Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal departments to provide timely support and resolve inquiries
    • Follow proper company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations including OSHA safety and quality standards
    • Other duties as assigned

What we would like from you

    • High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
    • 2+ years of related experience preferred, ideally in ready-mix concrete, construction materials, quality control, technical sales support, or a related field
    • Knowledge of concrete products, mix designs, testing procedures, quality control processes, and construction specifications preferred
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems
    • Commitment to safety, customer service, teamwork, and reliable attendance
