What You'll Do
- Discovery: Meet local owners to audit current tech setups and identify security or efficiency gaps.
- Solution Crafting: Collaborate with lead technicians to build IT proposals (Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber).
- Driving Growth: Convert inbound leads and engage local businesses to showcase our professional "Nerd" value.
- Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact during setup to ensure a premium client experience.
- Pipeline Mastery: Maintain an organized CRM (we train you!) so every potential lead is maximized.
What We're Looking For
- Tech Intuition: No CS degree required, but you must master Windows/Mac, Wi-Fi, and hardware basics. Retail repair or floor experience is ideal.
