We're looking for a Technical Sales Consultant who excels at driving deals from initial prospecting to final close. Your main objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets by showcasing how Open iT's products address critical business needs. If you have a proven track record in sales, can quickly learn technical product details, and are eager to be on the front lines of revenue generation, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Demo & Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations that translate technical features into tangible business benefits.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and contract negotiations.
  • Closing Deals: Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or technical environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and explaining technical products; experience in software, SaaS, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience with IT Asset Management or SAM: Familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM) solutionss\u2014ideally with ServiceNow SAM Pro\u2014is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English and Spanish; fluency in German or Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • No Specific Degree Required: What matters is your ability to sell and understand client challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools, like MS CRM, to manage leads and pipeline effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven to take initiative, stay organized, and work efficiently.
  • Availability: Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
