Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Sales & Customer ServiceRepresentative on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh based manufacturer. The right candidate will be a mechanically-inclined self-starter to handle technical inside sales and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries including pricing, delivery, product applications, order-entry, trouble-shooting field issues and preparing quotations in a timely manner.
- Ability to work within an MRP system and estimate costs for new products.
- Project management using a CRM platform
- Work with others in the organization to ensure customer requirements and issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
- Technical degree along with prior technical sales experience dealing with product applications, designs, quotations, and service.
- 'Can do attitude' with willingness to handle heavy workloads and meet deadlines
- Ability to read and understand drawings along with a solid mechanical aptitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient math and business writing skills
