We're looking for a motivated and curious Technical Sales Engineer Intern who wants to learn how technical knowledge and customer relationships come together to drive business success. You'll gain hands-on experience in technical sales, customer service, and product applications with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Technical Sales Associate role after graduation.

What You'll Learn and Do

  • Get hands-on exposure to our products, customers, and operations
  • Shadow experienced sales team members on customer visits and plant tours
  • Learn how to prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing for customers
  • Assist in customer outreach, order tracking, and account research
  • Support marketing and business development projects
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to solve customer challenges
  • Build skills in CRM, sales forecasting, and account management
  • Participate in professional development sessions with company leaders

Who You Are

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or strong familiarity or interest with mechanical systems and components.
  • Interested in how mechanical systems and customer relationships intersect
  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork
  • Organized and dependable, with attention to detail
