Our client located in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Technical Sales Engineering Manager to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Technical Sales Engineering Manager position are as follows:
Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Strong interest in PLC-based industrial automation
Experience with cogeneration or power generation systems
Experience in electrical design of control systems and/or familiarity with industrial electrical systems preferred
AutoCAD proficiency
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently

For the Technical Sales Engineering Manager position your duties will include:
Design PLC-based control systems for large industrial equipment
Define project scope, draft electrical schematics, and research and select components
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documents
Lead technical sales discussions with customers and OEM partners
Serve as point of contact for customers through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract
Support system testing and commissioning
Other tasks as assigned
