Lead cross-functional projects with US customers and equipment suppliers e.g. deposition tool vendors ensuring timely execution and alignment with global technical teams. Evaluate business potential and secure new opportunities by launching new products or expanding existing product lines. Initiate and foster strategic collaborations with customers and tool suppliers to accelerate innovation and adoption of BASFs metallization solutions. Gather and analyze market intelligence on emerging technologies customer requirements and competitive landscape. Provide technical support for new applications and product development working closely with R&D sales and manufacturing teams. Translate customer and market requirements into actionable product specifications and project plans. Inspire creativity and manage abstract concepts in a highly collaborative global environment. If you have... Experience with semiconductor industry standards advanced node requirements sub-10nm andor advanced packaging. Familiarity with process integration and qualification of metallization materials Management experience in directing coordinating and managing team activities to accomplish highly technical tasks. Bachelors degree or higher in Materials Science Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on metallization film deposition CVD PVD ALD electrochemical plating or advanced packaging. Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and collaborating with leading semiconductor manufacturers andor equipment suppliers. Strong technical communication skills with the ability to convey detailed requirements and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in cross-functional multicultural teams. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
