Job Summary

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new OEM accounts, managing existing customer relationships, and coordinating closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality PCB solutions. This role blends technical knowledge with consultative B2B sales and long-term account management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development with OEM customers in electronics, medical, and industrial markets

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts

  • Prepare pricing, coordinate technical requirements, and support customer projects

  • Partner with global engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver solutions

  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to overall sales strategy

  • Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Experience selling PCBs, EMS, components, or OEM manufacturing solutions strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
