 Technical Sales Rep

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide selections & quotations on products as requested by staff and customers.
  • Assist consulting engineers throughout the design and bidding process by providing product selections, submittals, schedules, and specifications.
  • Read and interpret mechanical construction plans and specifications.
  • Maintain job quote log in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Place orders, track order status, and confirm deliveries.
  • Become proficient in company computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs.
  • Provide logistical assistance for and at training seminars.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and system problems.
