Responsibilities: Carry out sales activities within a designated territory to support market share growth and achieve top‑line sales objectives. Contribute to sales planning by recommending forecasts, discount targets, and budgeted expenditures. Monitor performance against targets and support corrective actions to meet sales and profit (C2) goals. Collaborate with customers to develop product testing programs that demonstrate product performance and value. Apply Sika Canada's operational policies and strategies in alignment with approved procedures to support organizational goals. Develop and manage the assigned sales territory to promote balanced and sustainable market performance. Work with customers to create total cost optimization programs that enhance value and customer savings. Support visibility and inclusion of Sika products in specifications and project documentation. Stay informed of competitive activity and contribute to strategies that strengthen sales positioning. Ensure effective territorial coverage through thoughtful account management, which may include travel of up to 4,000 km per month, territory planning, field testing, reporting, and time management. Perform other related duties in accordance with Sika Canada Inc.'s quality assurance standards.
