**We're looking for a seasoned, relationship-driven business development professional who understands that the best sales opportunities often come from customers who already know and trust you. You’ll work with an impressive portfolio of existing customers—many of them household names—to uncover opportunities across additional facilities, divisions, and business units. You'll also pursue select new accounts where your experience and network can accelerate growth.

**U.S. Fall Protection is a leading provider of turnkey fall protection solutions, delivering engineering, design, installation, testing, and recertification services for customers across North America. Our solutions include guardrail systems, roof and overhead lifelines, ladders, ladder safety systems, crossovers, and equipment platforms that help organizations protect employees working at height while meeting OSHA and industry compliance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities
**
Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, manufacturers, and other decision-makers.
Develop territory plans, identify key influencers, and move opportunities efficiently from prospecting through close.
Recommend appropriate fall protection products and services based on each customer’s needs.
Generate new business through outreach, networking, marketing materials, social media, and consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the General Manager, Estimators, Marketing, Technical Support, and other internal partners.
Gather basic field measurements and project information needed for product-specific solutions.
Qualifications
3–5 years of successful sales experience; safety, construction, industrial, equipment rental, or related experience preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing customer needs and deadlines.
Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 fall protection requirements preferred.
Commercial roofing or government-project experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel, climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs, and work comfortably around heights.
**Compensation and Logistics
**
Base Salary: $60,000 plus commission
Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
Territory: Major Cities within a 300-Mile Radius of Florence, KY
Reporting Structure: General Manager of US Fall Protection
