Ready to build from the ground up? This role offers a greenfield territory with uncapped commissions, vehicle reimbursement, streamlined CRM tools, and strong training/support. You will identify new customers, develop relationships, and execute growth strategies while representing a complete air compressor portfolio. Prior outside sales experience, especially with compressed air or industrial products, is preferred.

What you'll do:

  • Achieve sales and margin goals for all equipment offerings
  • Spend 80-90% of time on sales calls in the territory
  • Design customer-centric system solutions with regional support
  • Maintain disciplined activity goals and update databases
  • Target competitive accounts and master technical sales skills
  • Build excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • What you'll need:
  • Experience in outside sales, technical aptitude, and customer skills
  • Strong time management, accountability, and communication
  • Valid Driver's License and proficiency with MS Office
