Ready to build from the ground up? This role offers a greenfield territory with uncapped commissions, vehicle reimbursement, streamlined CRM tools, and strong training/support. You will identify new customers, develop relationships, and execute growth strategies while representing a complete air compressor portfolio. Prior outside sales experience, especially with compressed air or industrial products, is preferred.
What you'll do:
Achieve sales and margin goals for all equipment offerings
Spend 80-90% of time on sales calls in the territory
Design customer-centric system solutions with regional support
Maintain disciplined activity goals and update databases
Target competitive accounts and master technical sales skills
Build excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
What you'll need:
Experience in outside sales, technical aptitude, and customer skills
Strong time management, accountability, and communication
Valid Driver's License and proficiency with MS Office
