MAU is hiring a Remote Technical Sales Representative for our client in Los Angeles, CA. As a Remote Technical Sales Representative, you will drive revenue within an assigned territory by building relationships with contractors, building owners, specifiers, lumberyards, and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic territory sales plans using CRM tools to meet or exceed budgeted targets. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience
5+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry
General Requirements
Solid understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving abilities
Essential Functions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, building owners, specifiers, lumberyards, and distributors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects
Create and execute territory-specific business development plans using CRM and related tools
Implement and maintain key customer plans, including annual territory plans and weekly game plans
Monitor sales performance against budget and adjust plans as needed
Stay informed of market and industry trends, sharing insights with the team
Represent the company at industry events and within the local community
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate market feedback, product needs, and technical concerns
Promote the company and solutions with professionalism and credibility
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by manager
