We are hiring Technical Sales Reps to lead market development in a large climate control rental fleet. This full-time role involves building new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts across various sectors. Candidates should be proactive, results-driven, and skilled in problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new markets and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations tailored to customer segments.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC or industrial rentals.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to spend over 90% of time in the field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems; experience in commercial or industrial sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, healthcare, or commercial real estate sectors is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a competitive drive.
