Description
The AI Agentic Program seeks a Technical Scrum Master with strong experience leading Agile software teams delivering cloud-native, intelligence-driven, and autonomous multi-agent systems. The individual should have deep knowledge of Agile practices and experience coordinating distributed engineering, data, and DevSecOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams developing AI agentic architectures and multi-agent systems.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate work across engineering, data science, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment and delivery readiness.
- Maintain and refine product backlogs, ensuring clarity of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee Agile delivery workflows using Jira/Gitlab and ensure consistent tracking of sprint metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams using GitLab and GitHub for code review and CI/CD visibility.
- Track dependencies, risks, and impediments while driving resolution.
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing velocity, burndown, and throughput metrics.
- Guide teams adopting modern AI/ML and multi-agent workflows within AWS environments.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Program Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks with proven experience facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams.
- Experience supporting teams delivering cloud-native, AI/ML, or distributed agent-based systems.
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and workflow coordination.
- Experience coordinating with teams using GitLab and GitHub for version control and CI/CD oversight.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user stories, epics, and actionable sprint tasks.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to support continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with emerging AI technologies.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
