Our client is a US based manufacturer that designs and builds commercial/industrial water heaters, boilers, and water heaters. They are known for their high quality as they do all of their manufacturing in the US and have a focus on using high quality materials and rigorous testing to ensure quality is met.
They serve engineers, contractors, and facility operators across a wide range of markets.
Description
- Support sales reps, distributors, and service centers to resolve field issues
- Conduct field reports
- assist in scheduling and supporting clients
- Generate and develop new relationships within the assigned territory
- create and present product training programs
- Represent the company at trade shows
- Ensure procedures are communicated, implemented properly, and evaluated for quality and effectiveness
Profile
- 3 years of experience in boiler and water heater services in commercial/industrial space
- knowledge of heating equipment, design, and boilers
- experience with installations of commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to perform hands on troubleshooting
