The role combines technical field service, customer training, consulting, and account support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling extensively, conducting equipment evaluations, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering hands-on training, and partnering with customer operations and maintenance teams to drive operational excellence.
