The ideal candidate will have:
* BS degree: Disciplines include but not limited to Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences, or Pulp and Paper Science Engineering
* A minimum of four years of product or process development experience
* An in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: paper, pressure sensitive adhesives, films, silicone release systems and/or specialty coatings, inks or printing
* Coating, laminating and roll converting experience
* Extensive customer experience and a commitment to outstanding customer service
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a cross functional team including Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, etc.
* The ability to solve process and product problems independently as well as a team member
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Organizational and detail orientated skills
* Well versed in Microsoft Windows based software
