About the Role:
ALWINE SECURITY is a locally owned, fast-growing security installation company specializing in alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and related security solutions. We’re looking for a driven Field Service Manager to lead our service team and help us continue delivering exceptional results to our customers.



Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise technical service technicians, scheduling, and field operations
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems including alarms, cameras, and access control
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical service issues
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service calls and work orders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in security systems installation, service, or a related technical field
• Prior supervisory or management experience leading technical teams
• Hands-on knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and low-voltage wiring
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a field service environment
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Relevant industry certifications (ESA, NICET, or similar) a plus
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
