We are seeking a results driven professional to join the Industrial Formulators Care Chemicals team and lead field technical market development for the industrial specialties segment. You will own the segments technical pipeline and lead day-to-day field execution - building and nurturing technical relationships with customer R&D and technical teams through regular on-site engagement troubleshooting and application support. You will provide hands-on technical service to solve problems drive new customer project development deliver technical trainings and accelerate adoption of our portfolio by providing data-driven performance justification that supports commercial wins. As the end-market technical expert you will partner closely with the commercial team to identify and pursue customer opportunities coordinating with regional and global technical and development teams to deliver tailored customer solutions. Bring minimum of 8 - 10 years of direct experience in formulating conducting application work and providing technical service in the fields of emulsification dispersing defoaming and rheology modification for industrial market segments of emulsion polymer latex synthesis aqueous resin emulsions based coatings formulations pulp textile chemical processing and manufacturing and water treatment using surfactants water soluble polymers chelates and acid based catalysts.
