SAP is seeking a Technical Service Manager (TSM) for the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization, with locations available in New Brunswick, NJ, or various EMEA office locations. As a TSM, you will be a senior SAP Technical Consultant responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customer investments into SAP ECS. This customer -facing role involves being the primary technical contact for large and strategic customers, coordinating with experts, and understanding customer landscapes within ECS and beyond. You will support the execution of service delivery plans, analyze technical requirements, present complex technical details, guide customers on various technical aspects, and drive resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead a global team of finance technology professionals. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields, proficiency in customer communications and SAP products, experience with SAP Basis administrative duties, customer -facing SAP Technical Consulting experience, and familiarity with cloud technologies and security. The compensation range for this position is $102,800 to $214,400 USD.
