Position Title: Technical Service Representative

Location: South China - Hybrid

Position Overview:

The Technical service Engineer is responsible for support electronics team grow the business on application side, he is also carrying out the day to day research and testing activities at laboratory. This person will provide professional technical support like DOE, FA, New application development for HBF electronics product lines.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Well manage existing projects ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet customer's requirement

2. Provide technical support at customer side to ensure application success

3. Evaluating new product's performance and simulating customer application in laboratory.

4. Evaluating the electrical and mechanical characteristics of HBF electronics material to determine the root cause of failure.

5. Develop test method to assure existing and new products will meet expectations of domestic and international customers.

6. Provide accurate problem descriptions, with all necessary support documentation for product development department.

7. Supporting application related data package generation

8. Demonstrations of equipment and training for both internal & external customers

9. Have good cross department communication and relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma and at least 6 years of relevant work experience OR
• Associates or technical degree in related area of study and at least 3 years of relevant work experience OR
• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related area of study & at least 2 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
