GENERAL PURPOSE:
Technical Services Coordinator II provides comprehensive IT support for end users across the organization. Core responsibilities include responding to support requests both onsite and remotely, documenting service tickets, and delivering troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively identify and address technical issues. The coordinator will perform initial technical analysis on incidents reported through the Help Desk and apply analytical, technical, and system administration knowledge to troubleshoot, resolve, or appropriately escalate production support issues.
The base pay range for this role is $23.85 - $38.56. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
Occasional Requirements: Job occasionally requires bending, kneeling, reaching, and sitting, standing and lifting and carrying items up to 10 lbs
This role requires full-time in-office presence, including engagement in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.
