MongoDB Technical Services Engineers rely on exceptional problem‑solving and customer‑service skills to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems. They are experts in the entire MongoDB ecosystem — database server, drivers, cloud, and infrastructure, including services such as Atlas (database as a service) and Cloud Manager (automation, backup, monitoring).
