The Technical Services Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the technical services department. In this role you will be responsible for oversight of the technical services team reviewing and maintaining BOMS for rack builds and chassis configuration rack and stack completion softwarehardware integration special projects and continuous process development and improvement. You will work very closely with client services teams and project managers. This position will serve as the sites subject matter expert for high-end networking equipment. This position is customer-facing and responsible for assisting with all technical inquiries from customers. You will also collaborate regularly with the customer to assist in determining specifications for builds.YOUR TASKSMaintains a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the technical services mission effectively and efficiently. Interviews and recommends applicants for hire as technical operators.Plans and coordinates work trains and motivates monitors and evaluates performance of technical service associates ensures their ability to handleinstall equipment safelyCounsels records and disciplines as necessary.
