Technical Services Representative

Looking for a role where you can combine hands-on technical skills with customer interaction? Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot product issues and support customers with technical solutions
  • Process parts orders via phone and email
  • Maintain and expand product knowledge through ongoing learning
  • Support assembly, repair, and engineering teams as needed

Qualifications:
  • Background in mechanical and electrical assembly
  • Electromechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
