Location: Livermore, CA Department: Quality Assurance
The Role: We are seeking a Technical Services Specialist to support our R&D and Quality teams in the development and maintenance of high-quality nutritional products. You will own the raw material and supplier qualification lifecycle, ensuring every ingredient meets our rigorous safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Supplier Qualification: Lead document retrieval, review, and approval for new and existing suppliers. • Compliance & Certifications: Facilitate submissions for Organic NSF GFCO and Non-GMO Project Verified programs. • Technical Documentation: Create and update Master Manufacturing Records (MMR) and Finished Product Specifications. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain and R&D to ensure seamless product launches.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 1-2 years in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry.
Skills: • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office • Acute attention to detail • Compliance: Familiarity with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
