Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study

Skills:

As a Technical Service Associate, you will utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. You will use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services. Your attention to detail and organizational skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Finally, you will continuously improve your technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

 

Alternative Duties

  1. May assist with customer service and sales, including answering phones, greeting customers, and servicing the sales counter.
  2. May assist with special duties and assignments as needed to support the efficient functioning of the store.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:     

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Education in the HVAC field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • High level of experience with computers.
  • Certifications in relevant technical fields
